今年似乎特别冷啊~~~朋友圈里都说咱们这气温比冰箱还冷啊,冷得受不了,就去冰箱睡吧~~~O(∩_∩)O~~
话说,如今这冻成狗的天气,我真不想动啊~~~~
可春节临近,不来几道宴客菜怎么能行?
今天这道【蚝油团圆虾】非常简单~~~~大家一看就会~~
所以不啰嗦了,直接看步骤吧~~~

【团团圆圆】蚝油团圆虾
原料:熟虾30只
辅料:老姜3片,小葱3颗,蚝油16g,清水16g,植物油适量
做法:

1、熟虾、老姜、小葱备好;我买的超市里的熟虾,犯懒的筒子可以和我一样~O(∩_∩)O~;
2、姜片切丝,小葱切段,蚝油同清水搅拌均匀;
3、炒锅烧热,调入适量植物油,放入姜丝炒香;

4、放入葱段炒香;
5、放入熟虾翻炒;
6、熟虾翻炒几下,调入适量蚝油水;

7、略煮片刻,熟虾都入味后,关火;
8、装盘起锅。
